Allow customization of Analytics alarm email content

It would be very helpful to be able to customize the content of the alarm emails that get sent.
Ideally, we would like to be able to customize the "from" name and the content of the subject line (they can get very long and hard to read depending on server/service names).
It would also be nice to have some control over the content of body of the email.
