Capture user session details for HTML5 Viewer.

Hi,

 

Geocortex Essentials provides log information for essentials manager and REST errors. Similarly, is there any way to capture user session details like login, logout, browser close/refresh times, viewer name which the user has opened and so on for HTML5 viewer.

 

If not, is there any other way to achieve this. One way I got to know from this community is to use a startup workflow. But it only provides the time when user starts a viewer session, I would like to capture the details when the user ends the viewer session or closes the browser.

  Hello Srikanth,

   

  This sounds exaclty like a use case for (http://www.geocortex.com/products/geocortex-analytics/) Geocortex Analytics !  Using Analytics, you can track which users went to your site, how they logged in, which tools and workflows they used, and when they left.
