Upgraded to GE 4.6.3 with Html5 2.7.2 No Heat / Cluster Tabs

Just finished upgraded to Essentials 4.6.3 and Html5 2.7.2 and according to the latest admin guides, I should be able to turn on heat map and/or clustering.

 

The feature clustering and feature heat map tabs do no appear under the service component.

  Hi Walter, 

   

  Just to make sure, is your layer a feature layer that contains a point geometry? Heat maps only work with feature services and point geometry as stated in the Geocortex Essentials Admin Guide under section 12.3 Add Heat Maps. 

   

  As for clustering, it works for feature layers from feature services only and it does not work for feature layers from map services or for other types of service or layer. 

   

  So if you add the layer as a feature service, then both the Heat Map and Clustering tabs should appear in Essentials Manager when you edit the feature service under the map services tab.
