Is the newest version of Geocortex compatible with ArcGIS 10.3?

In the release notes, it mentions that it is compatible with ArcGIS 10.5, but what about previous versions of ArcGIS? Is it still compatible with ArcGIS 10.3? If I do a upgrade of Geocortex, what else I'll have to upgrade?

  Yes, from the installation guide Supported Versions of ArcGIS Server Geocortex Essentials 4.6.3 supports ArcGIS Server 10.1 and newer.
