missing relationships when using Identity Server login

Hi all,

 

I am running e4.6.2 gvh2.7.1.

 

I am noticing that relationships within map services do not show up in my GVH viewer when I am logged in via an Identiy Server user. In particular, when the permission on the service has been disabled in rest manager for Anonymous Access - Guest, but enabled for the logged in user. If I enable the service for Anonymous then things work as they should.

 

Any ideas?

  Hi Dave,

   

  I think the answer to your question is in the release notes, for the release from Essentials 4.4.3 to 4.5.0:

   

    If you have layers with relationships to tables in your site, and you have configured permissions on those layers, you will also have to add the tables to the site and set permissions on those tables to ensure that your users may continue to see related data. If you have not configured permissions on layers with relationships to tables, no action is required.

   

  (Emphasis mine)

   

  Previous versions of Essentials wouldn't let you add a table to your Site, so you couldn't also set permissions on tables.  Now that you can, you need to if your layer has permissions set on it.
