Site doesn't load in Geocortex Essentials 4.2.1 HTML5 Viewer 2.3 because of...charts?
I have an https map which stopped working today. When I look at the log, there is this error in red at the bottom:
Processing downloaded library 'Charting' for application '-216573467'.
Failed to initialize site. The error was: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
I'm not sure how this happened; I don't even use charting in my site or viewer. Can someone help me? I am not an http or web wizard.

Hi Roj,
I think the charting entry in the logs is a bit of a red herring; it was probably one of the things successfully loaded around the time the error was thrown. I found your potholes app and took a quick look at it -- I see that error when attempting to browse to the REST endpoint of the site itself, so I suspect the problem lies with an inaccessible map service. Is it possible that the credentials for one of the services has changed recently?
If you open the site in Manager, do you get a warning that any of the services are unavailable?0 -
One of your suggestions was the answer. I had a non-human ArcGIS Server account for which I had not written down the password years ago (or at least, not that I could find). I needed to use it again so I changed the password, not knowing so many services were using it! Embarrassed. Thank you! 0 -
