Points not displaying in iPhone

I have a simple workflow that allows a user to add a point to a map. The workflow works great on desktops or on Android devices, with the points automatically being displayed. However, on iPhone or iPads, that points do not display right away, the user has to zoom in or out, or refresh the map completely to see the point that they added, and sometimes the point isn't even visible at certain scales. Has anyone else ever experience this? This is a major flaw and we are under a serious time crunch to sort this out...Thanks!

  Hi Lisa,
