Different Identify Operations (OOTB) in Viewer is happening only for Visible Layers

Hi,

 

We have requirement to identify the features based on select by user defined boundary.All the configured Map services layers are enabled with Allow Identify operation.But still in Viewer,Identify is happening only for the visible layers at the current extent.Is there any way to change this setting to get the identify results for the layers configured in the service( whichever the layer enabled with Allow identify irrespecive of Visiblity)

  Yes, you can set that.  Edit the Viewer in Manager, and then open the Tool Behavior tab.  You have settings: "Visible Layers Only" and "Visible Scale Range Only" and you can set a Pixel Tolerance.
