Identify Operations (OOTB) in Viewer is happening only for Visible Layers

Hi,

 

We have requirement to identify the features based on select by user defined boundary.All the configured Map services layers are enabled with Allow Identify operation.But still in Viewer,Identify is happening only for the visible layers at the current extent.Is there any way to change this setting to get the identify results for the layers configured in the service( whichever the layer enabled with Allow identify irrespecive of Visiblity)

  Hi Srikanth,

   

  This is the expected behaviour for the identify tool in the HTML5 viewer.  It should only identify from layers that are visible in the current extent.  I don't think there is a way to change this behavior, but it would be possible to build a workflow to query all of the layers you want within a user-defined boundary.
