Data Connection Wizard - Servers to Select From

I'm attempting to create a data connection to a specific server, but while I'm in the create data connection wizard in Essentials, the server name does not appear. And ever though I'm entering the server name, the connections fails.

 

What determines which servers are available in this wizard?

  Hi Walter,

   

  Are you still having issues with this? See my screenshot below, our support4 server doesn't appear in the auto complete but I can establish a connection with it. If you cannot then I'd troubleshoot this with your IT team.
