External site/viewer temp files (print/reports/etc) trying to access internal URL

I've got an external site configured with external map services.  All seems to be working except when users access the print, export, and reports.  Those are trying to grab the 'temp' files from my internal URL.  I attempted to edit the viewers URL in manager from my internal url to my external URL but this does not appear to solve the issue.  Where do I change or configure this in manager/xml/etc?  Thanks.

  Check that your external URL is listed as a host in the Post Installer.

  Hi Lee,

   

  In addition to what Dan said, you will need to put the external REST URL into the applicaiton settings in Manager:

  Thank you for the replies.  I already had both internal and external configured in the post install.  What I missed was the external/proxy setting.
