Map Tip -- No Spatial Data text

I have a map tip setup for my cemetery data. The map tip displays text that says "no spatial data". I know I do not have that text in my feature description and I can't figure out where its coming from. Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of it?

  Hi Daniel,

   

  You might have already resolved this, but I'll make this comment just in case anyone else is having this problem.

   

  This message "No spatial data" displays in the maptip if the feature layer for that feature does not have its geometry column exposed in the mxd before it is published.
