Close Workflow Results

I have a very basic workflow: Query Task - Select Features - Run External Command (I tried CloseResultsFrame). 

 

The workflow is executed and brings the correct results the first time. I close the results, thinking that the workflow is closed too. However, when I click on the the workflow button again, the results are not refreshed and brings the same exact results from the first time the button was clicked on. I would like the workflow to show updated results.

 

Has anyone actually got this to work?? There seems to be a bit of conversation about this on the support site, but I can't really seem to find a solid resolution...hence why I am posting another question.

  You probably need to set an extra argument on your Select Features activity. Depending on the version of GE you're running, it's either:

   

  1) set Clear Collection First to True

   

  2) set Combine Mode to Geocortex.Workflow.Activities.CombineMode.Replace
