Attributes Occasionally Returned as N/A

I have a map service that is a query layer updating off a live SQL table. I have one field that keeps returning as N/A in my application even though when I look at the rest endpoint and query I have no issues getting that field, it is available through ArcMap prior to publishing the service as well as in SQL Manager. Sometimes the field will come through but 90% of the time it shows up as N/A. This is the only field on that layer that has this issue. 

 

Any thoughts?

  Hi,

   

  I would check your ArcGIS Server logs and confirm if there are any errors present. If there are any errors then I'd suggest speaking with ESRI Support for more assistance.
