Improve performance of upload data in HTML viewer

Dear All ,

 

Upload data in HTML viewer take much longer time compare to silverlight , is there is a way to improve the upload performance . Add to that when the user click on proceed there is no any feedback to the user that is something is going on , can we show a busy cursor , show loading  icon or rotatign image .
