blank maptip shows up when I click on map

I had fixed this issue in past but forgot now. A blank maptip shows up when I click anywhere on base map. How can I hide it.

  I think that this is behavior that Latitude is working on, though I don't remember if it's been attached to a release yet.

  Hello Muhammad and Zack,

   

  Right now, you can disable map tips altogether if you do not want to use them, but the new feature of not displaying them unless there is data to display is coming in the next release of the viewer (2.8, which will be released in a few short weeks!)
