    I should add that I am running Essentials 4.6 and HTML5 2.7.0

While the majority of our office has Windows 7 machines, I have a user that has a Windows 10 machine, and while he can access the map, the advanced mapping functions do not work. I am trying to pinpoint the problem.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jessica,

For GE 4.6.3 and GVH 2.7.1, there's a section in the Geocortex Essentials Installation Guide.pdf for Operating System Requirements which mentions that we do support Windows 10 x64 and in the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 Installation Guide.pdf Desktop Browser Support section that we support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0 and Edge.

    Thanks, Stefan

I'm seeing some odd behavior with 4.6.1 and html 2.7 in Win 10.  The sites come up normally in Edge and Chrome, but IE is acting like the user is hitting the sites from a mobile device and only showing the very basic tools.

    Hi Scott,

I tested the 2.9.0 release of the HTML5 Viewer and it opens for me using the desktop shell. Can you open the F12 Developers Menu and check the emulation tab? Is the broser profile set to desktop? See attached screenshot.

    Thanks,
