Is it possible to disconnect idle users after x amount of time?

Our Analytics report showed one user staying on a viewer for 2+ days.  If we wanted to disconnect idle users after x amount of time, would we be able to do so in Geocortex Essentials; or is that more of an ArcGIS Server thing?

  Hi,

   

  There isn't any configuration in Essentials or the Viewer that would allow you to disconnect users after a set period of time. This might be possible at the IIS level but we don't have any documentation on how to configure it.
