Remove Measurements from Measure Tool

Is there a way to remove the measurements after someone uses the measure tools without having to refresh the map?

  I added a button to the toolbar that runs a really simple workflow that clears all the mark up on the map (measurements, drawings, etc). It seems to work well for our users.
