Open Cycle Maps now require an API key

Hi folks,

 

It's just been brought to my attention that the (http://www.thunderforest.com/maps/) OpenCycleMaps and other tile map services  by Thunderforest (http://www.thunderforest.com/docs/apikeys/) now require an API key in order to use them . Once you have an API key, you can append it to the URL template in the Connection Settings dialog.

 

 

Note also that the base URL has changed from https://{subDomain}.tile.opencyclemap.org/cycle/{level}/{col}/{row}.png to https://{subDomain}.tile.thunderforest.com/cycle/{level}/{col}/{row}.png 

 

This should allow you to resume using (http://www.thunderforest.com/maps/spinal-map/) Spinal Map  as your basemap.
