Search for Lat/Lon values?

This may be something simple that I'm missing - we have a map for a department that needs to be able to enter Lat/Lon values in a search and have it zoom to those coordinates.  Is this a job for a workflow or is this functionality in the OTB HTML5 Viewer (v. 2.7.1).

  Allen,

   

  The simple way to do what you want is to just type (or copy) your long,lat values in decimal degrees into the search bar and hit enter - here is an example:  -97.7128388528,30.2110317750

   

  A workflow has also been posted that is more flexible but my opinion is it still needs a little work but it is a good start...

  If you have the Plot Coordinates tool on your site, then users can click on the map to get the coordinates, and they can also enter coordinates and have them then show up on the map.  Seems like that should meet their needs...
