I have been running the two for a few weeks and have not had any issues.

Hi Srikanth,

Yes, as per the viewer's release notes, as of 2.7.0, the HTML5 viewer supports ArcGIS 10.4.1, so all viewers after 2.7.0 should continue to support 10.4 and 10.4.1 until Febuary 1st, 2022 (http://downloads.esri.com/support/product%20life%20cycle/arcgis_desktop/arcgis_plc.pdf) which is when Esri will retire them . Also, the upcoming 2.8 release of the viewer will be the first version to officially support ArcGIS 10.5, released in December of last year. I should also point out that this is not to say that, say, version 2.7 won't work with 10.5; Esri is typically excellent with their backwards compatibility, so there's a very good chance that it will. We just haven't tested 2.7 with 10.5 to confirm full compatibility.
