Mailing List Workflow - Limiting Results

I have a mailing list workflow that allows users to select parcels, a buffer, the ability to add/remove parcels, and then generates an excel spreadsheet of addresses. I need to limit the number of parcels returned to 1000 or less. The first two steps (selecting the parcels and buffering the parcels) are working as expected...if the selection is more then 1000 it takes the user back to the previous step to try again...however the last step (adding/removing parcels from the selection) is where I'm struggling...When an area of more then 1000 parcels is selected, the user will get the Alert to try again, the parcels will be un highlighted, so it looks like they are no longer selected, but when only 1 parcel is then added to the selection, they still get the Alert saying there are too many selected...I believe I need some sort of If/Else statement after the Sequence_displayGeometry activity...any help/advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

  I don't understand you... It looks like you allow a user to add to their selection when they have too many parcels selected and receive an error, and when they do this they are still getting the error and that's the problem?  That sounds like what you would want to happen, except for the part where you allow them to expand the selection in the first place.  I'd just force them to re-select a buffer size at that point.
