Adding filter functionality to TOC

When there is a large number of layers on table of content on layers list, we need to have filter option to search for layers, it is difficult to search manually when there are many layers nested together. This functionality is there on Silverlight viewer .

  We have actually recently completed this feature, and it will be avialble starting in version 2.8 of the HTML5 Viewer. You can test it out here on the beta preview site for now, and 2.8 will be released later this month.
