Viewer sign in looping

I'm trying to use the sign in option on my viewer, but after signing in okay, the redirect to the viewer goes into a loop, continuously reloading the viewer. Does anyone have any suggestions about what may be happening?

  I was accessing the application via http. When I changed to https the sign in worked correctly.

  I am now having this issue. I have been logging in and out with different browsers all morning as I try to replicate the proper sequence for users. (For training videos.) Now if I log in, refresh - which logs you out, and try to log in a second time, I'm in a loop. Link and sign out landing page are using https. I was using guest mode this last time.
