Allow users to draw precise markup
Allow users to draw percise markup in the viewer. For example:
1. Enhanced Markup tool - draw circle with the ability to specify the wanted radius or diameter.
2. Enhanced Markup tool - draw rectangle/square with the ability to specify side/edge lengths or an specific area.
3. Enhanced Markup tool - radio button to choose whether measures should be placed as labels on the Markup or not - for example automatic area label on polygons and (side) lengths on lines and/or polygons.
This improvement is being tracked as GVH-4482.

My organization has a Code Enforcement user that would like to create markup lines of, say, exactly 10 feet in order to show right-of-way distances from centerlines. It appears that this is still not possible? 0
