Update on async printing and labels

I found a thread from about 5 years ago regarding multiple labels appearing on asynchronous print jobs.  The explanation was that multiple image requests are made therefore the label can appear multiple times.  No workaround is available and it didn't sound like it was considered a bug or worthy of an enhancement.  Is there any new information?

  I believe this can be resolved by using anotation layers rather than a dynamic style of labelling.
