Cached services in layers list
We have started caching many of our more detailed features. For example, we have a cache for zoning and another for land use. The problem is that once we add them to our Geocortex viewers (not as basemaps), the symbols and descriptions no longer show up in the layers list. They will, on the other hand, show up in the legend. This isn't as big of a deal when working in the viewer, but it does become an issue when printing as these layers do not show up in the legend (I do have include legend swatches checked in the Layer List). Thanks for any thoughts!

What version GVH are you on?
I think the individual layers need to be in the Layer List for the inline symbology to appear. It looks like you only have the service.
As far as the print legend, we also have this issue. The cached services that don't have their visibility checkbox enabled at viewer load don't appear in the printed legend. Our workaround is to create a folder in the Layer List that is checked off, then put the cached service in that folder and checked on. It adds another level to the Layer List so you end up with Folder>Service>Layer, but it works.
It is an issue for us with GVH 2.5.2 and it appears to still be an issue at GVH 2.7 on our test box...
Prior to GVH 2.5.2 we couldn't even use the identiy/map tips for cached services not checked on at viewer load.0
