Difficult to edit point geometry on tablets

I have a point feature service on a site that is being used primarily in the field on iPads.  I can create features, and edit attributes but the Edit Geometry is extremely frustrating to use.  I know it works (with a mouse on the desktop it's very easy) but on the tablet it is very difficult to pick up the point and move it.  Are there any settings that I can change to make this easier?

 

I found removing the pin makes it a little easier but a selected point doesn't highlight so it's difficult to know which point is being edited.  For now, I've re-enabled the pushpins but I've changed the Y offset to 25 but it's still not that easy to move the feature.  Any suggestions?

  Hi Fiona, 

  May I ask which GE/GVH versions are you currently using?

  The current 2.8 GVH version, when the point feature is in edit mode, there should be no pushpin nor highlight. Only edit handler will appear allowing the feature dragging to be easier.
