Keep the date format same with in Viewer after exporting to excel

when identifying the features with a date field, the results display perfectly with local date format in the viewer. However, when exporting the identified results to excel or csv file, the date column lost its format, display with plain integers. The end user should master the custom excel cell format skills to display the desired results, that's not easy for users.

So, we are wondering is it possible to keep the date format consistently same in the viewer and after exported excel/csv file.
