How to add geometry service from portal to Geocortex

Hi,

 

We have Geocortex installed and assoicated with our ArcGIS Portal. Everything works fine except I couldn't add the Geometry service from the portal to Geocortex and got the same error message below saying "Token Required" for all 4 options. 

 

Any suggestion will be appreicated.

  We found the same problem, there is a thread here somewhere about not being able to use the internal geometry service.  We got around it by pointing to the arcgis online service.

  Thanks Miles, Yes at the moment I could either hard code our internal geometry service to the site.xml, or use the geometry servcie from someone else, however, you never know when somone else's service will be offline....
