Parcel query workflow results empty for Anonymous Access - Guest
Today I learned from these forums how to enable a Sign In link for elevated privileges. Trouble is with the Query Results, which while the correct number of results appear, each has no configured attributes. This despite that the layer has fully-configured attributes in GE Manager, and an Identify displays the attributes just fine. So I need help getting the query results to behave in the same way.
I have taken these relevent steps:
1. Denied permission for Anonymous Access - Guest to the private parcel data.
2. Imported the public parcel layer from a public site, and also its public parcel query workflow from a public site, and denied Windows Integrated access to both.
3. Enabled the parcel workflows to be hidden when disabled
So the viewer works nicely in that the correct parcels are shown whether signed in or not, and the correct workflows appear in the I want to... menu, however when not signed in, the parcel search workflow fails to display any attribute data in its results.
While you won't be able to sign in, you can visit http://bit.ly/bruceplan to see what I've described when querying parcels.
I suspect it might boil down to the fact there are two layers named "parcels", and that is causing confusion to GE. It will be a bigger task to change that, but I will if I must.
Thanks,
Justin

The missing piece was the SelectFeatures task in the workflow was still pointing to the original Map Service Id value. When I changed it to the value as shown in GE Manager, the attributes displayed as they should. 0 -
I also took this opportunity to replace the Map Service Id value in each SelectFeatures with the mapServiceID Argument variable so this problem won't happen again. 0
