Editable Map Tips

It would be very useful for several of my users to have the ability to open a map and be able to click on a feature and have an editable map tip box pop up. For example, if I had a line feature representing all the sewer pipes in an area and the user could click on a section and a box would pop up showing all the attributes available. In this example my user could then type right into the boxes for fields like pipe diameter or pipe material, in order to update those fields.

This would allow my users to locate and update features on the fly and make it possible for more of my people to utilize Geocortex based viewers, than are currently using them.
