GE4.7.1 fails to open saved projects from previous versions
Despite the fact that the GE reads the saved projects from the current version (attached), it fails to do so for old versions.

Hi Fatin,
Unfortunately, the HTML5 viewer is not compatible with project files from the Silverlight viewer. Effectively, a project file is a snapshot of the viewer's configuration at the moment the project file was saved. As the configuration of the HTML5 and Silverlight viewers are very different, they cannot read one another's project files.0 -
Hi Jordan,
Thank you for your reply.
Kindly notice that I opened both the new project and old ones from silverlight viewer.
What do you think?

Hi,
The error in the screenshot makes sense. There is no site A1 on the REST endpoint below which means there's no viewer for the Saved Project to open.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your valuable comment.
We had removed A1 site before. The problem is solved by adding a new site which has the same name and the same viewer name.
All the Best,
Fatin0
