Is possible to go to custom Extend when you change the Theme element in the list of Themes?

Dear All,

 

i've a list of Themes like America, Asia, Africa...

 

When i click a different Theme element, example Africa, i would like to go to extend with the center of Africa.

 

Is possible to do somthing in Geocortex?

  Hi Francis,

   

  It is not possible at the moment to have different extents associated with different layer themes. It is a very good idea, though. I would suggest that you create a case for it in our Ideas section of this site, and it can be voted on.

  The more votes it gets the better chance it has of being implemented.

   

  You can configure bookmarks in your viewer though, and these allow you to jump between different extents that you can set yourself. You can configure these in the "Extents" tab of the "Map" page in Essentials Manager.

  You can also create a workflow which switches the layer theme and sets a bookmark (switches the extent).
