halos on text graphics not appearing on .pdf? (HTML 2.8.2)

We just upgraded our test server to GE 4.7.1 and the HTML Viewer to 2.8.2.

 

Our users will be very happy with the improvements to the graphics styles.

 

However, the halos display beautifully on the screen but when exported to a .jpg or printed to a .pdf, the halos disappear?  Is there a trick to making them work on the printout since that is what most people will want to use it for?

  I'm experiencing the same issue, text drawings' halos won't export or print.

  Thanks - I will submit to support since I haven't seen anyone from Latitude respond with a known bug number.

  Hi,

   

  This has been filed as a bug, GVH-15770, and you've both been added as stakeholders. I'll let you know if we find a workaorund.

  Hi Matt,

   

  This issue was being tracked as GVH-15770 but it was determined to be an Essentials issue and the bug was changed to GE-9081.  The bug was closed as "Won't Fix".  The issue will be resolved by the new viewer (GWV) due to be released later this year.
