Known Issue: HTML5 Viewer 2.8.1 and Analytics integration
We've discovered an issue in Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.8.1 where, if the Analytics integration is enabled and if users are required to sign in to the viewer application, the application will fail to load.
If your HTML5 viewer application is integrated with Geocortex Analytics and your viewer requires user sign-in, we recommend that you do not upgrade to Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.8.1. We are currently testing a fix for this issue and plan to make it available as soon as we can.
I do apologize for any issues encountered in the meantime. If you experience any problems with your upgrade, please contact our (To: support@latitudegeo.com) Support team or the support team of your regional Geocortex provider.

Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.8.2 is now available on the (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCDownloads?productTitle=Essentials&sub-nav=downloads&main-nav=essentials) Downloads page . It addresses the issue where enabling Analytics integration in a viewer that requires user sign-in causes the viewer to fail to load (GVH-15385).
Please note that this is the only change made in the viewer between versions 2.8.1 and 2.8.2, so if you have already installed the 2.8.1 viewer and you are not affected by GVH-15385, there is no benefit to upgrading your viewer.0
