Select features by drawing a polygon - capture geometry or display capture geometry

Hello,

 

I have around 20 layers in my application and what I wanted to accomplish is - when I draw a polygon on a map, whatever the features that are present beneath the polygon should highlight.

 

Could you please provide me your inputs on it as how it can be done with capture geometry or display capture geometry.

  I have a similiar workflow that I have created. In my workflow the users draw a polygon which queries the layer underneath which then copies the geometry to another layer.

   

  How would I set this up for multiple layers? select features after identify?

  Hi Sylvia,

   

  You would need multiple query tasks (one for each layer that you wanted to query).  For the input, you would reuse the same geometry from the polygon your drew.
