New notifications in applications and designer

Hi everyone!

As we close out our beta period and get closer to the full release of Geocortex Workflow 5, you may notice a notification in your Web AppBuilder and Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 applications, like this:

You'll also see this notification in the footer of the Geocortex Workflow Designer:

Once Geocortex Workflow is generally available, you'll have the opportunity to upgrade to a production license, which will remove these notifications and allow you to deploy your newly-built workflows.
