Geocortex Core Document Store using up 99.9% of server CPU

Today the CPU on our server was running at 100%  After looking at the task manager I noticed that

 

one of the processes was using up 99.9% of the CPU. The culprit "Geocortex Core: Document Store".

 

What is this? Is it essential and why would it use up that much CPU? Have anyone had this issue how did you resolve it?

  Hi,

   

  I recommend opening a support ticket, include the document store log file from the directory below.

   

  C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\Data\Logs
