Halo Options not visible in IE (HTML5 2.9)

Hi All

 

I have just noticed that in IE, the halo option when customising labels arent visible, even though they are set in the Desktop.json.js file AND are displaying when using Chrome.

 

Any thoughts on what is happening here.  I have tried clearing th browser cache etc.

  Hi Chris,

  Unfortunately, esri's javascript api are causing IE to crash under certain circumstances when text symbols contain a halo, so we have disabled the option in IE11.

  Another nail in the IE Coffin! Unfortuantely as it currently stands most of our internal users only have IE.  Although there are plans to roll out Windows 10 and Edge along with it, it is still a good 12 months away until its full completed

   

  There wouldn't happen to be a cheeky workaround for this issue would there??
