Export All Features without Identify
Hi,
Is it possible to export all features of a certain layer to a shapefile in a workflow (without a manual identify)?

A way to accomplish this, is to create af GP service with the Data Extract Tool,
Use the service in a workflow.
Then wil your users be able to download full data

If you want to export an entire dataset then you need to have some back-end process figured out, there's no way that Geocortex is going to out-of-the-box tie into your data files and expose them for you. You could host the data somewhere and link to it, or you could write a back-end script to process the data and send it dynamically, or you could write a script hooked into a task that updates the hosted data regularly that you've linked to in Geocortex... lots of options but you'll have to figure out which one is best for you. Assuming of course that the data in question is yours to distribute and we're not talking about ways to provide donloads of third-party service data. There might be ways to do that too... 0
