Attach Multiple Attachments to Email from Collection

I've created a workflow to display a form to the user that allows them to attach multiple attachments, and also an export of their map, to an email that is sent to our team. All these items are added to an Icollection as mail attachments and I've confirmed that when multiple file items are selected that the collection does contains multiple items before sending the email

However, when I send the email, only one attachment will go through. It appears to be the last attachment in the collection that is attached. Do I need to add something to my attachment expression in the send mail activity to iterate through the attachments in the collection? Kind of stumped here.
