One to one data link visibility

Here's an old topic I haven't seen much conversation on lately: one-to-one data links having to be visible in order to use them in feature descriptions.

 

Is there any way (or any plans) to make one-to-one data links not visible but still use them in feature descriptions?

 

The problem: they're also visible in the attributes section of the feature details. I know the visible setting is so that they can be used in workflows but not the viewer. However, most of the one-to-one data links I use are for putting in feature descriptions (a lot of them are text flags on properties that have statuses like vacant, foreclosed, rental restriction, etc.). Example:

 

 

It's redundant to have them listed a second time in the feature attributes, and the way they're formatted also doesn't make sense in a field name/value listing.

  Hi John, 

  Currently there is no way to make one-to-one data links not visible. Feel free to submit this idea to the ideas section in the support centre if you would like to see this capability in a future release.
