Add Layers tool not displaying results from ArcGIS Portal search.

When I activate the 'Add Layers' tool and performa a search for map services in our ArcGIS Portal, I get a 'results summary' that says 'ArcGIS Portal (15)'.  I'm assuming that it has found 15 items related to my search.  When I click on this link, the panel displays 'No results to display'.

 

Is there something that I need to ensure is configured correctly?

  Any help?

   

  I've just upgraded to the latest Essentials and HTML viewer, yet I'm still getting 'No results to display'.

  Hi Jayson,

   

  As a result of your support case, this issue was filed as GE-9309.  At this point in time, it is still open and unresolved.  Please keep an eye on the release notes for mention of GE-9309 being addressed.
