Workflow5 and ArcGIS Online permissions

I've determined that my AGO org admin account can open-up the new Workflow5 web designer and create workflows that I can save, but all other AGO accounts can't.  I unable to find documentation telling me what kind of ArcGIS Online permission Workflow5 needs to be able to create/edit/save workflows.

 

Does anyone have the answer?

  Hi Steve,

   

  Can you ensure to post Workflow5 questions to the community below?

  Workflows are not shared in AGOL by default. You should be able to share it with your organization or pubilcy. There's no user "level" requirement for your AGOL account. See screenshot below. I'm only a "User" and I can see any public or organizational shared workflow.

  Thanks for the response.  Happy to post future Workflow5 questions to the new workflow5 community forum (I guess there is only a workflow but not workflow5 community under this site).

   

  Regarding permission, I see from your snapshot that you can see workflows "shared with me" but can you share workflows that you create?

   

  My experience has shown that I can only save/share workflow5 workflows if I'm logged in as the AGO Administrator.  Logging in with a "user" account doesn't allow me to create-and-share my workflows.
