Export Map tool produces blank page

Currently in our HTML5 viewer, the Export Map tool produces a blank image.  We have not applied the Windows Update as suggested in the recent posts.  This only happens on the viewer which can be accessed externally via a login.  The export map tool works fine in all our viewers which are internal to the network.

 

Is there something I can configure to allow the Export Map tool to make requests to the internal map services?  It seems like the tool will run, but it does not receive anything back from the map services.

 

I've looked at the network traffic using the browser developer tools, however I can't see any errors.

 

Any advice on this will be much appreciated!

  Hi,

   

  I'd recommend submitting a support case as these type of issues are likely related to network routing.
