I've unchecked all the edit geometry options but I still get the message "Move the shape or vertices by dragging"

I have unchecked all the options on my polygon feature service (Function tab). Unchecked:

 

Move Enabled

 

Rotate Enabled

 

Scale Enabled

 

Edit Vertices Enabled

 

The functionality is gone but I still get the maptip "Move the shape or vertices by dragging". Is there a way to disable this popup?
