Get Graphic IDs of Uploaded Data (Workflow)
When using the Drawing Tools, it’s possible to get all of the drawn graphics and convert them to a FeatureSet, using the Get Graphics Layer Content Activity. All of the drawn graphics have the same Graphic ID: "Drawings". However, as it stands, it’s impossible to get the Graphic IDs of the Uploaded Data. I was told by Geocortex Support, a little while back, that Uploaded Data are assigned a random Graphic ID, during the upload.
It would be nice if that Graphic ID wouldn’t be random, so we could get it with the Get Graphics Layer Content Activity. Ideally, all graphics/features for an uploaded data (layer) should all share the same Graphic ID, through a prefix and a sequential number. Meaning, the first uploaded data layer would have the Graphic ID “UploadData1”, the second one “UploadData2”, and so on.
The ability to control the upload data, would open so many possibilities.
