Domain on field with symbology not correct

We have a feature service with several attributes with the same domain, with values: A+, A, B, C, D, METEN, NVT, NMB. One of these attributes determines the symbology. We want that the symbology is the folowing: 

 

 

In the HTML5 viewer this is displayed as, which is ok:

 

 

But when we edit a feature, then we want that we can choose between al the values of the domain, so: A+, A, B, C, D, METEN, NVT, NMB. And this is not the case.

 

How can we set this wright?

  Veerle, did you ever get an answer to this? I have a similar problem, but would like <all other values> GEMETEN to be symbolized as well.

  The missing legend swatch issue is BUG 26981: "Default "All Other Values" symbol appears in legend for map service, but not for feature layer"

   

  The issues with editing the feature would likely be a separate issue.  If it's a subtype field, then it might be 

   

  BUG 14212: "Subtype names appear in dropdown instead of domain values for subtype field when editing feature attributes", which was recently fixed in version 2.12 of the HTML5 viewer.
